Weather It Is or Isn’t; Let’s Talk It Over First Using a Telephone Consultation

Contributed by Patti Robertson, CompuWeather Forensic Order Specialist and Account Executive

Our clients are all aware of the exceptional customer service that CompuWeather provides both during and after the sale.  Our meteorologists are always available to answer your questions and address any leftover issues that may surface once you receive any report from us. But did you know that you can speak with one of our forensic weather experts prior to ordering a written report from CompuWeather? Our Telephone Consultation service is rapidly becoming one of the most popular services that we offer.

Many of our clients have found an occasion when it is helpful to determine the exact weather conditions and how they may impact the management of your claim or case prior to having a written report and legal document prepared. You may have a theory of how the weather conditions affected your case that you want to discuss with a professional to see if it “holds water” or you may be working against a deadline that doesn’t allow time for a report to be disclosed, but you still need the opinion of a meteorologist.  These are the most typical situations that call for a telephone consultation.  Once you have requested a telephone consultation, we will select and gather the relevant data, review the issue(s) that concern you, form an opinion, and provide that opinion to you verbally on the phone. This interactive consultation also provides you with the opportunity to ask questions and receive additional feedback immediately from a weather expert. Of course, you always have the option to have our findings put into a written report any time after the consult has completed.

We suggest trying a telephone consultation for your next case. They are scheduled by appointment, and same day service is available in most cases if you are short on time.
