Many new clients wonder if they need an account to do business with us. If it’s your first time using CompuWeather, don’t worry – we will make it very easy for you to place an order with us! You don’t need to have an account to use our services and we have no subscription fees either. We only charge you for the work you request us to perform and only when you need us. To get the process started, all we need is your contact information and the some details about your case, project, or claim.  No matter how you contact us to request our services (by phone, web, fax or email) a CompuWeather representative will contact you shortly to determine your exact needs and requirements, which CompuWeather product or service is best for you to use and also to provide you with a quote for our services. Typically this process takes from 5-20 minutes depending on the type of case or claim you are working on. A few things also to keep in mind that new clients typically ask:

  • Any information you provide to us is considered confidential at all times.
  • We do not proceed with any work until our consultants have had the chance to contact you, discuss your information and gain your approval to move forward and start working for you.
