Under the Fair Credit Billing
Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more
than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does
hold you liable for any of this $50, Compu-Weather
will cover the entire liability for you, up
to the full $50. Compu-Weather will only cover
this liability if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your
own from purchases made at Compu-Weather.
Using your Visa card to shop
online, in a store, or anywhere...you're protected
from unauthorized use of your card or account
information with Visa's new ZERO
LIABILITY policy. Your liability for
unauthorized transactions is $0 - you pay nothing!
In the event of unauthorized
use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
Credit card information entered
when using our server is not encrypted. If you
feel uncomfortable supplying us with your credit
card information through our server, you can submit
your credit card information by phone (if you
prefer).
